I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT

We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at f8thindustry@gmail.comto notify us of the mix-up… please include your order number, name, and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color, and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or the wrong item.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. 

Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

This applies to Free Shipping discount codes. 

PROCESSING

Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once UPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.

SHIPPING

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through UPS.

1. How do l receive my item from the giveaway I won? You will receive full instructions from our Instagram or Facebook only. DO NOT follow any other instruction given from any other pages besides our official accounts-@f8th_not_sight / F8TH INDUSTRY

2. My item is saying delivered but l haven't received anything? Please allow 1-2 after to make sure your items aren't trying to be re-delivered by your Post Office. However, if it exceeds the estimated time please directly contact your Post Office to your track package. In most cases, items are found and asked to be picked up at your local UPS.
