All orders are processed once we receive your order please allow 1-2 Business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, & National Holidays). Transit and Shipping times begin right after order is processed. YES! we also ship worldwide! Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all processed orders through USPS & UPS, please make sure your address is typed correctly including all required relevant information such as ( abbreviations, street number, building, apartment numbers) which is very critical for ensuring timely shipping’s. Our exchange policy extends to 7 business days after delivery date.
Exchanges/ Returns are not processed until we receive the items & in good
condition. To file for a exchange/ return contact us through email. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Once items have left our facility it is no longer control, but in the hands of USPS/ UPS and we do not have control of the package from that point on. In most cases, either UPS or USPS has marked the item “delivered” before it has been actually delivered. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to ensure your package is not being re-delivered by USPS/ UPS.
If customers received a different item, the incorrect item must be returned to our facility in good condition and we will send you the correct item (please be prepared to send a photo of the item you received for out records.)
